Attached is vinhard.7z archive which contains the analyzed problem set and the bare problem set.
Note that for some, I have a large number of best moves. For example:

bm e5 Bg7 Nf6 Nb8 Qd8 Qd6 Qf7 Rh6 Qf6 Kh8 Rg7 Bg6 Bf7 Qg7; id vinhard.068;
e5 is clearly better than other moves (SF found it 6 times on 7 runs) :

I have +358 for e5 at depth 59 with this pv:

I have +288 for Bg7 at depth 48
I have +287 for Nb8 at depth 38
I have +254 for Qd8 at depth 32
I have +240 for Nf6 at depth 30
I have +222 for Qd6 at depth 29

I have different partial scores, but lots of moves look winning. (IOW, e5 gets 10 but Bg7 gets 7, etc).
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

Rxb3+ is not a clear win. 79 ply search:
Rxb3+ Kxb3 Rb6+ Kc2 Rb2+ Kc1 Re2 Rd2 Rxe3 Bc2 Rxg3 Rh2 Rg4 Bd1 Rxf4 Be2 e3 Kc2 Rd4 Bf3 Ke6 Kc3 Ke5 Bb7 Kf4 Re2 Rd1 Bc6 Rg1 Kd3 Kg3 Rxe3+ Kxh4 Rf3 Kg4 Rf2 h4 Ke3 g5 Bd7 Re1+ Kd3 h3 Rxf5 Kh4 Rf7 h2 Rh7+ Kg3 Rh3+ Kg2 Rh5 Re5 Bc6+ Kg3 Be4 g4 Rh6 Kf4;

Multi-pv shows lots of similar scores with an advantage for the black player, but no real progress is made.
I think all moves draw.
Rxb3+ is a clear win.

At the End of your line above (Be4 g4 Rh6 Kf4;) Stockfish hat this:

31.Bh1 Kg3 32.Kc2 Re1 33.Bc6 Re2+ 34.Kb3 Rd2 35.Kxa3 Kf4 36.Kb3 g3 37.Kc3 Rd1 38.Kc2 Rd4 39.Bh1 Ke3 40.Rg6 Kf2 41.Kc1 Rxc4+ 42.Kb2 Rd4 43.Kc2 d5 44.Rg5 Re4 45.a4 Re2+ 46.Kb3 c4+ 47.Kb4 Rb2+ 48.Ka3 Rb3+ 49.Ka2 d4 50.a5 d3 51.Rf5+ Kg1 52.Bf3 g2 53.Rf4 Rb5 54.Ka3 Rxa5+ 55.Kb4 Ra6 56.Bh5 d2 57.Rf5 h1Q 58.Bd1 Ra2 59.Kb5 Qh4 60.Rf3 c3 61.Rxc3 Rb2+ 62.Kc5 Qb4+ 63.Kc6 Qxc3+ 64.Kd5
Black is clearly winnig: -+ (-14.95 ++) Depth: 49/79 01:25:06 41595MN, tb=51033333

Even on multi-pv SF-dev thinks there are more than 10 winning moves on this position. So IMO, this positiion is not a good test position since there is already a very good initiatve (wnning position) for white, at least according to SF.
