Thanks Ed! Hey, is it possible to get an Android Version of Prodeo and Banjamin?

I'm so glad to see there's still work being done for the improvement of engine's styles without looking at elo. Thanks Ed, long life to Gambit Rebel!

José Diaz really captured Rebel's spirit in his cartoons, seeing a new version of Pro Deo is pure nostalgia!

That looks great Ovy! You really have a talent for this stuff.
@Ed: Thanks very much, testing against some Rodent personalities now.
The style looks great at first glance.

Re: Benjamin 1.0
That's impossible because much of the engine is still in PC assembler, incompatible with the ARM chip.
For An Android version there are only 2 possibilities:
1. I still somewhere have the source code of the ChessMachine versions, these are in full ARM assembler code (C was not an option in 1989) and in principle should work on an Android. I can make the source code available if someone is interested, I am not going to do it myself.
2. First PC version (Mephisto Gideon) was in full C, I can make the source code available if someone is interested, I am not going to do it myself.

I am surely keep looking at strength, changing playing style is easy, the art (and fun) to do it is without the smallest possible loss in elo.

Well, as long as you realize Rodent is a much stronger engineBrendanJNorman wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2020 6:08 am @Ed: Thanks very much, testing against some Rodent personalities now.
