Question about this internet site : chessengines.blogspot

I see that this internet site is giving access to a lot of engine, which is of course great !
For Minic we have link like this https://chessengines.blogspot.com/2020/ ... droid.html
What I'm missing here, is why this kind person is not using a direct github link instead of creating and uploading its own archive (like https://rapidgator.net/file/d97ce30107d ... 54.7z.html)
My fear is that binaries can be modify with malware.
Anyone knows this site and can confirm the good intention of the author please ?
