fxe7+ seems winning but losing later

This is an unverified puzzle.

Tried Bluefish, Sting SF, Crystal, Stockfish on my laptop. All give fxe7+ winning at first glance, but seconds later change to a negative value.
Is fxe7+ the best move? Win, draw or lose?

I am analyzing it now, it has a score of -244 but it holds ply after ply, so likely it is a draw.

I think this is one of those positions where the engine can't make progress but there hasn't been a way to prove a draw. The score usually doesn't change. This confuses a lot of YouTube people who like to use engines to do analysis and then make comments like, "see, the engines are stupid, they can't figure out that it is a draw". This is even more apparent when the engine is way ahead or behind in material so the score shows a score that isn't even close to a draw.
