NNUE shared library and tools

Hi,

I'm thinking of starting an effort to extract the NNUE from https://github.com/nodchip/Stockfish and make a separate shared library of net and training tools so that other AB engines besides Stockfish (like Ethereal or the other OpenBench engines) can use this new technology. Anyone else want to help or use such a lib?
