Release v0.7 of Allie

Hi,

I just released v0.7 of Allie. This is what won Top of the Top Bonus in Season 18 of TCEC: https://tcec-chess.com/#div=top4&game=1&season=18

This release is extremely strong with many new features and ELO gains over what was seen in v0.6. There is more minimax in terminal nodes, there is support for searchmoves, and many many other improvements.

Thanks, Adam, but when I take that discord link, I see a lot of blank lines of 'nothing', so to speak, even though I did accept the invitation.

EDIT: I see that it's a browser problem. Firefox is acting up, but Chrome is fine.

No, it only works with NVIDIA cards and CUDA right now.
