Try to replay the line, it is obviously a variant of NN or NNUE and not an alpha beta output .
I am 100% sure this line is not a typical analysis of an AB engine so answer to you question is YES, this is NN or its variant.

NNUE is a simply an evaluation function. Alpha-beta is a tree search algorithm. So it was both.
