From where can I download the cudnn version 8.x files?
My Leela exe compilation is slower some % because I have only the version 7.6.4.

when you download LC0, you can get the version that has the latest Nvidia runtime included in the archive

All you have to do is register with an email address, and provide some fake personal information, and you're good to go. That is exactly what I did last year. Pretty obvious Facebook is not required for the registration process
