Than move this into the help and suggestions (!!!) forum and I am Sure you will get some help.
IMO these whole postings are off topic in the main CCC area.
When I see a topic: CoronaVirusChess and then I read how you want to discuss punishments or brainstorming about moderation issues I am fooled by the title and the forum name.

I prefer reading about chess engines and following tournament Tables and PGN data and I am in no way interested in the dirty laundry of somebody who has too much SHID in his trousers.
What seems like a fairy tale today may be reality tomorrow.
Here we have a fairy tale of the day after tomorrow....

This thread would have died four pages ago if not for YOUR off-topic posts, which are more numerous than anybody else's here.

Practice what you preach.

I have tried with 4 complaints via the normal ! Complain button but they were all closed without any reactions by moderator HGM.
The person who wanted to DISCUSS off topic here instead in the forum where it is appropriate.

Well, like I said, it is not you who decide what is off-topic here. The people whose opinion I invite are the people who read this section, and in particular the people who are reading this discussion. So there is no better place for it then here.

You continue violating the charter by fighting moderator decisions, instead of answering a simple question.

But since you seem to be obsessed with punishing Chris... Rather than all your strange suggestions for what he should do, hasn't it occurred to you that he could also simply apologize to Albert and Harvey for calling them names? Or is that a concept that doesn't occur in your vocabulary?

P.S.: there are now people that start reporting your postings with the request to silence you. And you know what is the only tool left to do that when you cannot refrain from continuing to post here on your own initiative...

When you take a picture of the earth from space it looks like a flat disk
That the earth is round is pretty old knowledge. Isa 40:22

In the end, I think it works out like this:
It is easy to throw insults at one another. but the one who thoughtfully listens and intelligently responds is the one to imitate.
IMO-YMMV

P.S.
This is a chess forum, so everybody who posts here is smart. Let's give one another honor and respect.
OK, I can dream
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.
