Fact is fat fritz2 as fat fritz 1 is an illegal copy of Stockfish promoted by chess base, a German Company from Hamburg. as a new product .

Its piracy.

A computer company sells an illegal product.

If I would be the programmers of Stockfish I Would law suit ChessBase until the company takes the product out of the market all over the World.

Chessbase sells something that is not their own property.
They did not Program it.
They did not even asked the authors of the source code to promote it.

You cannot run a match in Fritz 17 GUI between 2 different computers.

You can, connecting the two computers with cb Cloud.
Load the one engine from the first computer up into Cloud- window as a private engine, only to be used by your own account.
Then load it from the other one computer, logged in with same account, so it can be used like any other one engine in one and the same GUI but running on the second one computer's hardware.
As main engine, kiebitz or one of two in eng-eng-game.
