They announced that it would be released in 2016 . Than then they announced that it would be released in 2017. Than 2018,2019,2020.
It's not hard to understand why it didn't come out. Probably the power of the Hiarcs 15 is far behind the power of the top chess engines.

The correct sentence : It was planned to be released in 2015 then in 2016, then in 2017, 2018 , 2019, 2020, 2021.....
My guess is that by the time Hiarcs 15 will be released, most people will be living in colonies on other planets.
