SPCC: Website is online again

Post by pohl4711 »

My website is online again !!!

Sorry for the long break, but my web-host company Beepworld was hit by a fire (OHV Cloud) in France and it took a while to restore all websites from the backup servers.

But the testing continued in the meantime and so, there a lot of new results online. And, of course, my new released Anti Draw Openings collection is online and can be downloaded directly from my website.

Enjoy!

Nice! Cfish is weaker than SF according list! Isn't it 15% faster anymore?

Cfish 240321 is out of date. It doesn' t contain many patches available on Stockfish 240321 or latest Stockfish Dev.

We are glad that you are available again.
I visit your site several times per week.
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

Bravo Stefan !

A question : before that latest LcFish (NNUE), what is the best Leela (or Lc0) you have tested without graphic card (obviously with a small net) ?

I tried all CFish avx2 Binaries (there were different compiles done). And I used the fastest, which is +7% faster than Stockfish Dev avx2 on my machine.
It was a binary by Chessman. From here:

For clarification: LcFish is not a Lc0-binary, but a CFish-binary. It uses a nnue-net built with Lc0 evals, only. So, LcFish has nothing to do with Lc0, it has much more in common with FatFritz 2.

I have tried Lc0 CPU with a small net long time ago...But I do not remember anymore, which version/net it was. Sorry.
