A queen handicap tournament invitation

I plan to make a queen handicap tournament.

Rules of the tournament.
Every pair of engines play 2 games when white start without queen d1.

Every engine get 512 mbytes hash tables and 1 thread
no pondering.


There can be one of the following results between 2 engines:
1)6-0 in case an engine win both with white and with black
2)5-1 in case and engine get 1.5/2
3)4-2 in case the result is 1-1 but one side mate in less moves
4)3-3 in other cases.

I plan to organize 2 tournaments.

1)bullet tournament when time control is 90 seconds for all the game +1 second increment
2)rapid time control tournament when time control is 15 minutes for all the game +10 second increment.

I would like to know if there are engine authors who are interested to particpate in this tournament in order to find a queen handicap engine champion.

I consider to use some weak engines(CCRL blitz rating 1400-1600) so strong engines may have chances also for 5-1 or 6-0 result in part of their matches.
