Honey completely redone , Harmon Chess app updated for the new Honey and now includes the latest orignal Stockfish as well - uptodate with the latest SF commits.

NoteL The last version of honey is under the "new_honey branch" and it does includes all the usual terminal shortcuts. Type "s" to see shorcuts, this Honey version does not include Pro Analysis settings, in part becase there is a new "tactical_depth" option - "0" is unlimited when tactical is on , range is fron one depth to 16 depth otherwise.

So Tactical 2 with Tactical_Depth 16 means internal MultiPV=4 up to depth 16 and then single PV search onwards, correct?
Tactical_Depth 16 only doesn't do anything, does it?

Thanks again, Michael, yet to be sure: Tactical_Depth only (combined withTactical=0) isn't meant to do anything on it's own also, is it?

Correct - any tactical depth setting greater than zero with tactical=0 does nothing, inversely , a tactical setting with 1 or higher, and a tactical depth setting of zero is tactical depth unlimited with tactical on.

And if i understand, if we want to play with a "normal" Multi PV engine, we have to set tactical to zero too !
Then, what is the difference with the normal SF if we play with these parameters to 0 please ?
