Early results doesnt suggest a good trend, but it is way too early.

Lime 6.3 : 30 (+ 25,= 3,- 2), 88.3 %

A 50% against Djinn is definitely a good result Tony 8-)

Even when considering that the last few versions scored more than 60%?

Yes Tony, even when considering that, and you know why....The new beta may score lower against one or two opponents, but will score more against most of the other ones....
The new changes of the code maybe counter productive regarding some engines, but the overall performance will rise....

Well that is why us authors need testers. To see if the ball we just smacked drops into right center field for a base hit or if we have just hit into a double play. So far this one is looking like inning over! Maybe the player at first will drop the ball! :D
I hate if statements. Pawns demand if statements. Therefore I hate pawns.

Another bummer... Six or seven point gain in elo is due to the stronger opponent.

Code: Select all

9 RomiChessDK6 : 2421 90 (+ 45,= 15,- 30), 58.3 %

Lime 6.3 : 30 (+ 25,= 3,- 2), 88.3 %
Djinn 0.925x : 30 (+ 11,= 8,- 11), 50.0 %
Zappa 1.1 : 30 (+ 9,= 4,- 17), 36.7 %

Match against Francesca wasnt too bad, Romi scored 40% against it as usual.

Francesca is a nemesis opponent for a lot of opponents 8-)

Very true, at the same time a few weaker engines can kick Francesca's ass really bad as well. I played another match, Romi won against Arasan with a convincing 55% score, tho not as spectacular as that of the previous version.

Code: Select all

5 RomiChessDK6 : 2444 150 (+ 64,= 34,- 52), 54.0 %

Francesca MAD 0.13 : 30 (+ 7,= 10,- 13), 40.0 %
Lime 6.3 : 30 (+ 25,= 3,- 2), 88.3 %
Djinn 0.925x : 30 (+ 11,= 8,- 11), 50.0 %
Zappa 1.1 : 30 (+ 9,= 4,- 17), 36.7 %
Arasan 9.5 : 30 (+ 12,= 9,- 9), 55.0 %
Goal is to get a rating higher than 2470.

Romi got 75% against Danasah, I hope that Michael isnt tuning against Dana.

Code: Select all

4 RomiChessDK6 : 2473 180 (+ 84,= 39,- 57), 57.5 %

Danasah 2.85 : 30 (+ 20,= 5,- 5), 75.0 %
Francesca MAD 0.13 : 30 (+ 7,= 10,- 13), 40.0 %
Lime 6.3 : 30 (+ 25,= 3,- 2), 88.3 %
Djinn 0.925x : 30 (+ 11,= 8,- 11), 50.0 %
Zappa 1.1 : 30 (+ 9,= 4,- 17), 36.7 %
Arasan 9.5 : 30 (+ 12,= 9,- 9), 55.0 %
