This tournament table looking a bit crazy because, just an example, AnMon is clear the strongest engine here, at least 100 ELO points stronger then anybody else, but only in the middle field....

But the tourney isn't finshed yet, so lets wait

Good luck for your new Hamsters :)

Best,
Daniel

AnMon is only one point off the lead though Daniel.
I'd hardly call that the middle of the field.

I don't think that AnMon is 100+ ELO ahead of the others either.
Just my opinion. 8-)

Code: Select all

40 AnMon 5.60 2603 +25 −26 32.8% +121.6 29.5% 553
50 Djinn 0.925x 2521 +41 −41 43.8% +42.9 26.7% 210
 Gosu 0.16 2516 +46 −46 47.5% +17.5 28.4% 162
100 elo is probably a good estimate for the strength difference between Anmon and other engines. Anmon is a first division engine, none of the other engines never made it to that division in either my tournaments or WBEC.

82 ELO is hardly 100+ ELO stronger though.

Thanks! :-)

The "patzering" process is proceeding nicely I think, yet at the same time they're happily spanking Kiwi here... really a team with many personalities! ;-) I test only at fast blitz though, so it's quite possible to get different results at long time controls, since 0.3 focused mainly on search and pruning.

Is there a list of all the amateur divisions somewhere? Can't seem to find it on the CCRL site.

And what do I need to do to get Mediocre in there? :)

Hi Jonatan,

the different divisions are in the CCRL public forum although the Division 5 field hasn't been finalised yet.

I will be running a Qualifier that will include the following engines:

Prophet
Latista
Marvin
Monarch
BigLion
Feuerstein
Joker
OBender
Mediocre
Flux
Buzz

The top three finishers will play in Division 5 alongside:

Natwarlal
Tornado
Neurosis
Averno
Zeus
Adam
Pupsi
EveAnn
NagaSkaki
Gibbon
Parrot
Rotor
Lime

Regards, Graham.
