(there is no standard, you have to read the readme.txt with the engine).

You must have missed the hash options in Prophet's 'readme.rtf'. It's in there because I put it in!Some of the engines do not come with their own read me.Prophet is one of them
I know what you're saying though. Some engines come with no readme at all.
Sometimes you can find out by running the engine in console mode and typing 'help' to display all options.
