What was the GUI? Texel depths look very strange especially for 4 cores and the given thinking times.

Edit:
First move for Andscacs also has a much too low depth - I get at least depth 23 on a very old quadcore in 60 seconds here with 4 cores.

Hi Daniel,
I think that's an interesting position. It's funny to see engines playing tactics. :)

Hi Guenther,

I'm using Arena 3.5.1. I don't know why Texel search is so shallow. The UCI common CPUs is set to 4.

About Andscacs, I noticed many fails low/up on first move. That means engine had to perform several full searches. I guess there could be some randomnesses on search with different hardwares. Often, on the same hardware too! :)

Strelka- Arasan

Same "blunder" by Arasan (18. .. Bb7), different handling. But Andscacs line was better, I guess.

AsmfishW node rate was almost 30% higher than Stockfish one. Is it normal? I didn't think assembly was so faster than C++.
