I like that TC very much...60 sec. + 0.6

There's something very logical about dividing the base time by 100 to get inc.

For ex: if there's avg of 50 moves per game...
then 0.6 exactly subdivides and allocates the base time for one side proportionally for the length of the game.

If one prefers, or the avg # of moves per game is 60, you could use 120 to achieve a similar result (60 sec. + 0.5).
