Testrun of Stockfish 171206 with Contempt=+15 finished.

I will do 3 testruns of Stockfish 171206 with 3 different contempts (Contempt=+15, +25, +40). Lets see, if the new contempt-algorithm of Stockfish can gain some Elo...and will lower the draw-rate and the number of 3fold-draws. Stay tuned!

Thanks for test. So c=15 is clear ELO gain vs. Fire and Shredder, but neutral against Houdini, Komodo and Fizbo(!).

Correct. But mention, that in a ratinglist, Stockfish is tested vesus many and much weaker engines, than in my testruns. It is possible, that there would be a bigger Elo-gain in an FGRL, CEGT or IPON Testrun...
And we see in my testing results, that the contempt measureable lowers the number of draws and the 3fold-draws.
I am looking forward to the testing results with Contenpt +25 and +40.

In a rating list maybe, but the purpose was to win more in closer encounter than in larger encounter in event like TCEC.

Some others test suggest than contempt 20 might be the best contempt for that.
