Engines finishing in the bottom 2 positions will be relegated to the Super League for Season 4.
I've been testing Fire 7 and it seems to have some conflicts with Arena and it stops responding, losing by time. If this behaviour continues when the tournament is started, I'll have to replace it with the older 6.1 version. Hope it works well, should provide Komodo a nice challenge and maybe the 1st engine besides the so called "big 3" to make it to the Superfinal, at least until Komodo 10 is made free and thereby I can use it.
Laser 1.5 is making its debut in the Elite League, and Critter makes a comback after being relegated last season after tying in points with Equinox but having worse SB. Let's see if it can get revenge.
I'll be broadcasting the whole tournament at my twitch channel https://www.twitch.tv/ccls as usual and making regular updates here in the forums.
Here's the tournament schedule: http://tournamentscheduler.net/schedule/NTczMDU2MTM1MQ
League will start when current broadcast (Leela gauntlet) ends, in about 3-4 hours.
Cheers!
