Testrun of Komodo 12.3 finished.

Long thinking-time tournament updated with 250 games of LC0 v0.20.0-rc2 N:32295 - next test here: LC0 v0.20.1-rc1 N:32404.

So Komodo has still NOT reached Houdini 6 level - except possibly with TCEC conditions (44 cores and long time control). In CCC and 90 cores it's behind Houdini also.

They are close enough that the difference does not matter.
