How much humans can benefit from watching engine vs engine matches?

I know that people like Graham who has observed thousands of engine vs engine games has benefited and probably has gained a few hundred rating points, but there is no limit and even the top 5 GMs can benefit a little by simply watching for instance LC0 versus Stockfish 100 match games.

I believe that greatest benefit is when a an IM or GM take those games and explain it to us (the weaker players), so here we go, lets learn ==>
