I'M MAKING A MOVE IN THIS POST
In my mainline 27.Ng5 fell below 27.Nc5, and I skipped 2.00s evals and went directly to the 2.10s. mmt really needs to pull a rabbit out of a hat now...

It's be interesting to have self-plays where white gets 10min/move and black gets 1min/move, maybe with x10 the resources white can draw.

What about with Komodo or Houdini playing Black against Stockfish?

Oh, yes. I think I didn't register that it's from the current position. Only once the game diverges from them.
