I have tried to connect to GrahamCCRL.dyndns.org, Port 16001 with the Chess viewer, but I get a "Connection failed. No response from server." each time.

connection issues are usually to do with either firewall or router permission settings, but can also be because your provider doesn't allow it.

@Oliver: Maybe your provider has assigned a "DS lite tunnel" to your DSL connection which is typical in Germany nowadays (e.g. 1&1) and is also the reason why I can't connect to Graham's dyndns for a long time already
