Daniel means: this shows, how bad his own eval functions have been. He will somtimes make an own net.
I will not test this engine without the net - so your question can not be answered.

You must mean 'how bad' by comparison, only. Scorpio without a net on 1 core is human SuperGM/World Champ strength. That can't be that bad.
