Hi there,

most interesting for myself is what do the hardest opponents from Wasp 4.50.

Klaus helps here a bit with a new graphic ...

Image

Winter 0.9 is very danger for Wasp 4.5 and is playing a great round 7.
The situation around computer chess is often not easy if the others like it to make me angry.

I am really surprised, that Lc0 0.26.3 NN CPU x64 (3095) is playing so good! Currently at position 11/41.

Hi Jouni,

oh yes, for the CPU version very strong results!!!

The bad "short-game" stats we can await from the GPU version also.
Many tactic holes with more pieces on board (if I compare to Stockfish or Dragon), but with lesser pieces on board stats are stronger and stronger.
Maybe in endgames same strength as Dragon or a bit stronger.

What I never understand is ...
Humans like to see aggressive chess with many pieces on board.
Here Lc0 is playing very boring chess.
Often I can not understand what so many others "like" to see ... offside from the reality.

Best and have fun with the tourney!

the results from round 8 out of 50 are online.

Klaus is working on a new Excel site (Engine characteristics).
I think the new version from him with the current results from round 8 out of 50 will be in the next 2-3 hours online.

Hi there,

great is the ranking-tool by Klaus.

Again, have a look here:
http://www.amateurschach.de/t2021/commo ... phic-5.jpg

I disable the engines:
Stockfish and Dragon by Komodo.

Now 39 from 41 engines are in the list.
To see are the Elo jumpings for 39 engines without the results vs. Stockfish and Dragon by Komodo.
Most happy about it are Critter and Marvin (0 from 16 points vs. Stockfish and Dragon by Komodo for an example).

Really a very nice idea!!

Have fun with FCP Tourney-2021 ...

Hi there,

the hardest 5 opponents ...
Statistic is improved also ...

Logical, I am looking for Wasp and the hardest opponents ...
Why, I am a Wasp fan-boy!

:-)

At the moment the World of TOP-engines is fully OK for me.
I am quite sure that with time Andscacs will go back to place 19.

Hi there,

what we can do if ...
The day is short and the night is long!

The current excel files (Klaus is often working daily on it) can be found here (download link will be not change):
http://www.amateurschach.de/klaus/fcp-t ... lotzka.zip

What I can say during Wasp and the others are fighting is?!

Have a nice weekend!

Best
Frank

PS: You know that my English is really bad and the English from Klaus isn't better as my own.
I made some spelling correction in the excel files by Klaus during the last days!
We are very happy if an American can help us with English correction

Hi there,

the results from round 09 out of 50 are online.
In round 09 Wasp on place 13!!

Absolutely fantastic short-game stats from Wasp.
Not sure, but I believe never an engine with max. 3100 Elo plays such aggressive chess.

OK, 360 of 2.000 games played only.
A long tourney ...

Klaus Wlotzka made again very nice changes in the excel files.
Please have a look on the 6 graphics on my start page or load the Excel file from Klaus.

And ...
Spiderman (Wasp) won a game vs. Godzilla (SlowChess)

:-)
