Test conditions:
-TC=4'+2"
-Hash=256 MB
-GUI: Arena 3.5.1
-Book: IM_4mvs.abk (8 plies book) for both engines
-default settings for both engines
-1 thread-CPU=Intel i5-7400-3GHz (Kaby Lake)
-6-men Syzygy bases for both engines
-OS: Windows 10 Home.

SlowChess Blitz 2.5 x64 has 3409 Elo points (CCRL Blitz).
Expected rating for RubiChess-2.1-BMI2-x64 is around 3487 Elo points. +105 Elo points face to RubiChess 2.0 NN-375bd x64 (in my single match test).
RubiChess 2.0 NN-375bd x64 has 3382 Elo points (CCRL Blitz).
