How to post a diagram?

Can anybody tell me how I post a diagram on this bulletin board e.g. if I want to display a position from a fen string? I've looked in FAQ, but can't see find out how to do it. Is there a special BBCode like [fen][/fen] or something?

simply put a [d] or [D] before the fen
[d] 8/pp3k2/2p3p1/4p3/8/2P5/P1P3PP/6K1 w - - bm h4; id "Fine 81";

I tried this, but on preview it didn't do what I expected, so I didn't post... Lets hope <b>this<b> works...
