ACCA Challenge match Saturday on ICC

Telepath (Charles Roberson) is challenging
LearningLemming (Sam Hamilton) to a match.

It is a 4 game match at 15 & 1 TC. The time is
10 am (Pacific US) whch is 1 pm (New York & ICC time).

All are invited to watch and chat on channel 64
with us.

I will try to be there. Lemming has come a long way in the last
months, in spite of Sam having to start over. Good luck!

Edit: this is Lemming's second challenge match. Would be nice to
see some that haven't participated yet.

He's done more than work on it.

Looks like he has upgraded from P4 to Core 2 Duo E6300

Thanks James (about saying Lemming has come a long way).

As many predicted, losing the code was somewhat of a blessing, as the new code base is much better (less bugs, easier to try new things, etc.). The upcoming World Computer Rapid Chess Championships should be a good test for it (loving the 14 rounds).

Of course...I will kind of miss the way LearningLemming used to achieve completely won positions, trigger some bug, and the find creative ways to lose. It made the name feel very appropriate.
