Anyway I tried the forth language example and received [an error].

Any tips?

The error is due to line wrapping by the forum software. Join the "including" line to the previous comment.

(I'd forgotten about this code. Thanks for the memory.

Also buried in the CCC archives is my post declaiming that Forth was an insane, weird language that made my brain hurt trying to write a chess program in it. My brain feels better, and Forth is now my favorite hacking language.)

One week for contest entries.
All programs must be in ANSI C.

I would suggest not to restrict the programming language.
Would be much more interesting...

Actually, it would be much more interesting to restrict the language to be something obscure, such as http://compsoc.dur.ac.uk/whitespace/
