firebird chess download

chess.com .64 download appeared to work, but unzipping appeared not to because my operating system is .32 bit. FICGS .32 download started with open or save option; each one seemed to do nothing. 1) Is there a .32 that works, OR how can I utilize the .64? 2) Once downloaded how can program transfer to newly bought Quad Core computer, made part of current desktop via router?
