Like before I'll let LC0 with the latest network play on my spare 5960x with GTX-1080ti. Last time it didn't do so well, I expect it' will do a lot better this time.

My goal was to play this tourney with a new version of my engine I'm working on for some time, unfortunately the SMP part still has some glitches that are not easy to solve in just a few days, so I will play (as usual) with my old engine from 2013. The culprit is that I switched from Windows threads and synchronization objects to C++11/14, which sometimes behaves differently than I was used to. Another option is to go the lazy SMP way, which is a lot easier to program anyway.

Fortunately, this time i'm able to join the tournament, and i'm looking forward to it. :D

Recently, i have added multi threading to my engine Rofchade and the tourney is a perfect test for the CSVN Programmers tourney next week.

Also you need to register a playing account at HGMs server. A forum search should reveal how.

Edit:
May be we could add a sticky FAQ for it because all those questions come up now and then,
when a new entry has interest and the search gives too much results instead of a summary of instructions.

I left right after it started because it was my daughter's 8th birthday party, but apparently Quadrox was on fire! Finished 7-1-1. It's been a long road, but I'm finally making some real progress.

Can someone explain the "upset" column please ? Is it the sum of the upset of the 9 rounds ?

I think it is the sum of the rating differences with the stronger opponents that you beat.
