Anyone recommend a balanced polyglot book for use in tournaments?

Sedat's "Perfect" books have a polyglot version.

Thank you very much :) Sadly looks like his mediafire was shut down after a violation report by chessclub ICC. What the heck, darn ICC.
Dont see how they could have any claim to his opening book.

It is hard to limit the spread of information, download the attached. It is 2021 edition of the perfect
