In my testing which can be seen in the CCRL 40/4 and 40/12 lists

1.3x4 is rated higher than 1.2.1a - it is a strong engine.

Although at longer time controls 1.3 beta1 has scored higher in my tests.

I will be running more 1.3x4 setting tests over the next few weeks

i do only know ONE version, 1.3x4.
but it is in ALL my tournaments at least 1 or 1.5 or even 2 points higher than toga 1.2.1a-

i am 100% sure it is stronger.

thats why i was irritated by the elo rating lists showing it BEHIND the older version.
