I'm a bit disappointed that nobody seems to care about the OPCCC next weekend. Details can be found on the ICGA web site.

Can you say what is OPCCC? I couldn't find it in the page you gave?
What OPCCC stand for?

I thought Rybka finally will play against Joel Benjamin. What has changed?
Or this was not supposed to happen anyway and i thought this incorrectly?

What OPCCC stand for?
The Open Polish Computer Chess Championship, played in Lodz June 29 - July 1. The participating engines are Armageddon, Atak, Booot, Diep, Excelsior, Glaurung, Gosu, Matacz, Matant, NanoSzachy, Nesik, Rybka, Rzeznik, Sierzant, Tytan, Warrior, WildCat and Zappa.

The link is found if you scroll a little bit down on the ICGA site, but if you have problems finding it, here's a direct link to the tournament website.
