They don't seem to have secure servers. No way I am submitting any of my info. I tried to order in both IE and Chrome, no SSL.

Did not know. I did not try to purchase . I was just informing you guys about a probably enhanced junior engine.
The gui does not convince me and none of the promised features is really new and exciting.

Hey Fern,
Nothing is really secure over the internet, but I would at least feel better if it had SSL. Thanks for the info.

That's odd. The purchase link goes to an https address (https://www.worldchesslive.com/bj/purchase.html#). Does it revert back to an http address after you've filled out information on several screens?

Looks like lots of fun from the the tutorials.
Would it support loading other engines and eng vs eng features?
Or analysing epd files?

OK, thanks Ted, obviously there is a problem. I hadn't noticed in Mozilla the warning in the lower right hand corner that said there was an authentication problem. I would like to purchase this product, so I think I'll fire off an email to them and let them know what is going on.
