Due to some engines being ineligible for the next series unless new versions come out (including RomiChess from this division), the top three engines will likely gain automatic promotion and there will likely be no automatic relegation. The fate of the fourth top engine and the bottom engine (perhaps others also) are likely be determined by grading matches before the next series.
I will post updates here after every six rounds. Those wishing to follow the tournament more closely can do so at the following link: http://www.kirill-kryukov.com/chess/dis ... f=7&t=4868
Games will be available for download after every two rounds.

what is the reason for you not testing Firebird 1.0 (or any other IP/Rob/Ig) version for th CCRL ?
I really find this disappointing, because I expect it to be the new leader.

The reasons have already been given elsewhere many times.
For a start, we won't be testing any engines with anonymous authors.
For me personally, I won't test it regardless because I believe that the Ippo code is Rybka code.
Anyway, what does this have to do with my Amateur Division 4?

Hi Graham, I missed Dirty play off...
Hi Andres,
originally Dirty was going to get a playoff even though it finished last in the previous Division 4, due to Queen no longer being eligible.
However, when Doch was released, it's inclusion in the series meant that a playoff was no longer required. Sorry about that.
Dirty is playing in Division 5 for this series. That division will start once Division 1 has finished.
