TJchess 1.0

Post by TonyJH »

Hi All,
I just released TJchess 1.0 which plays normal chess, FRC, and crazyhouse.
The previous version is rated 2236 on CCRL, and I hope the new version is at least 100 points higher. Crazyhouse playing strength is also improved (maybe even more.)

Hello Graham, is there a TJ chess logo somewhere?
I did a quick search and couldn't find one.

I wish I could follow that link and therefore enjoy your contribution to this conversation. Did it originally lead to a picture of feces? (If so, I regret never editing that image as a logo for my own program.)

TJchess 1.01 is now released to fix a couple chess960 bugs (mostly affecting UCI chess960 mode). Playing strength is the same as 1.0. Thanks to Ray for reporting the bug.
I didn't mention it last time, but TJchess10x8 1.01 is also available for the Capablanca chess variant.
