I am almost sure Robert has the right to commercialize Houdini 2,
but I am pretty sure it is not ethical because he has not made any agreement with other co-authors, his predecessors.
This way, he is exposing himself to Vasik´s fate: his program will be desasembled at some point of the story, because, one day, the balance/equilibrium must be reestablished.

It's already happening. He's copied much of Robbolito verbatim.
