This one is called "nameList" and it is in the 40H-PGN suite on my site:

I just tried "nameList" but there's no #White, #Black and #Opponents ...

The output is in the file "outName".

Syntax: nameList filename.pgn

Usage: nameList alpha.pgn

Output: outName
