Which engine has been the most exciting in the last 5 years?

Some asked God for an engine but we all know God doesn’t work that way. So they copied (stole) a few engines and asked God for forgiveness...
for me that's excitement with a cold flame!

i´m missing Komodo in the poll.

I´m missing Zappa in the poll.

I´m missing Junior in the poll.

All this programs have special knowledge about chess.

Is good positonal chess against the modern fashion?

My opinoin is that this poll is garbage.

Rybka 1 beta was a revelation for me, that was something!

It was standing worse in so many games that after some number of moves it managed to win

There is an option "Others" and freedom to explain your vote here so I can't justify your rage.

+1

Let me add that the options for a poll are limited, i could not anyway insert all engines.

Thank you

The most innovative engines i grew up with were "Genius", "Fritz"(although i prefered "Shredder" at that time) and "Rybka".
Nowadays i see most potencial in Komodo.

The voting-options are quite uncomlete IMHO.
I voted for Rybka 3.
