Tis the season, and family are asking what I want for xmas. Chess software of course, but which one.

What chess software has excited you lately?



My vote is for hiarcs chess explorer, especially if you are a MAC user. I have used every known chess GUI, and this is by far the best in terms of the basic features you need and ease of use. It has never crashed on me, which is something i can't say for the fritz, chessmaster, and aquirium GUI.
