man, that is, no doubt! What an imbecile I was.
Now, for the system as such, looks like it is just another anti.computer thing with the already known advice.
The most non chessic they are, the most effective; the most effective, the less I am interested to play them,
I look for fun, not for points...

A System this Profound! needs to be Shared! For those who cannot use YouTube, I offer the following excerpt:
Excerpted from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1fVAALg7tc

Anthony.R.Brown 27/07/2013 (Great Britain) [email address removed]

How to play the System...

(1) The Main idea of the System is to Cramp your Opponents Position! Drive them back
and limit their Opportunities!
The System came about because of the Growing Strength of Chess Computers!
Now the Best in 2013 are Rated at 3000+ ELO Stronger than any Human in history!
the System works because the Chess Game Tree has not been Solved?

(2) The Pawns are the Soul of Chess! By the famous François-André Danican Philidor
[link to wikipedia removed]
and Never! more so than with (A.R.B.C.S)

(3) The Majoroty [sic] of Blacks Pawns are developed before the Pieces one square third
rank.

(4) The Knights are developed on the Centre squares second rank and act as
Guardians to the Pawn structure...and only as Attack Pieces if the reason is Good.

(5) The Bishops are developed on the diagonal second rank squares and act as
Skewer's slicing through the Board waiting for Prey!

(6) The Rooks can be used as Sacrificial Pieces because the Pawn structure that
develops weakens them...and of course if the reason is Good any Piece.

(7) The Queen! is the Queen! And can Dominate Closed Positions so look after her!

(8) The King Rules...but only if he has loyal followers...So Protect him well!

(9+) There are many more ideas/rules contained within the System...a Book is needed
to describe everything...maybe that will be next on the list.

I can even add a synthetic version of the system to help those with impaired vision. It is just one principle:
play better than the engine and you will win.
So simple, so true.

Interesting game.

It's a bit much to call this your own system.

In the mammoth book of chess by Nunn and Burgess, this very opening is shown with example games by GM players in th computer chess section of the book. It's called the hippo opening.

The book is about 20 years old.

The Book you are talking about was Published October 1st 1998 by Carroll & Graf Publishers...
My System came about in the 1980's...
Plus if you look at the Games in the book they only show a brief opening with no explanation leading to some games completely different to my System!

Most opening's start with a few Pawns being played...but understanding and knowing the reasons why the pawns are played is another matter!
What I have developed is a whole System not just an opening!
I have demonstrated against the Strongest Program how to Win! because I have a Full understanding of what is going on...if anyone else had a System like it before then they would have shown it?

HP-Example (Part1)
Below are the earliest examples of the so called Hippopotamus Defence? I could find starting with E2-E4 (Spassky - Ujtelky_1964) and (Barczay - Ivkov - 1967)
You will see the Move order! is Completely Different to My System and More important Completely Wrong!

HP-Example (Part2)
The latest Chess Programs Destroy these Games and show Why!
The Move order! & understanding is the most important thing concerning The A.R.B Chess System...Plus in both Games Black Castles into Danger?? Etc.

It's basically an anti-computer opening setup and concept. Seems logical to play against a computer. GM's and advanced players have been doing this for years though.

OK!...

So it has been pointed out that at move (19) Houdini-White should have Played Bxb5 instead of B-b3 ?

The game was played at 60 seconds each per move...and that's why Houdini did not find the move!

So how long do we wait for a Computer to find the Best move in any Position?.............................

To find the move Houdini would of had to search to 23/65 not possible in the Game with the time controls set...

Plus more important a lot of the Computers previous Analysis was waisted looking at the wrong Black replies!?

The Analysis can now Start to see if Black can Win by not Playing 18-b5 and playing a better move!

This can of course go on forever until the end of the Game Tree ? until every variation has been played...Then Humans will Stop playing Chess!!

It seems like stonewall attack or a king-Indian middle game ...
