We are deciding on the date. Anybody wishing to enter may let me know their availability for the event.
Here are the options. Let me know yes, no, maybe for each date. The no's are important - they let us know how many would be blocked out by certain choices. Basically using constraint satisfaction to resolve the date instead of simple voting for favorite date.

I will play assuming we can get our hardware issues straightened out in time. We have some issues with cluster support and since I always use a cluster node to participate, until that is fixed I can't guarantee any hardware.CRoberson wrote:Our next entry:
