Yes...I live in Turkey
No, this is not the reason...
And here is the answer by the web authorized support team, which I received a few minutes ago (in Turkish):
Yazılımınız wordpress veya joomla ise brute force atak alıyor olabilirsiniz
That means: probably my web site is under wordpress or joomla brute attacks
Btw, for right now they fixed my site again and now it is online...

Thank you...now it is ok, my web site was down for temporally, but in a short time it has been fixed again...
Add CLOUDFLARE.COM as I suggested at the Rybka forum. It's used by Stockfishchess.com and the houdini site.
I did some testing and your site starts failing with very low traffic, page requests are answered. At higher traffic, your site returns empty white pages. My guess is that either the liteserver software, or php is maxing out your cpu limit.
If you have joomla installed but are not using it, uninstall it.
Your options are
1. make all of your pages static html pages
2a. add free cloudflare layer
2b. move site to a hosting provider who uses some layer similar to cloudflare to prevent direct hammering of the site
2c. add your own caching layer

Dear Jesse,
Many thanks... and I already followed your useful suggestions!
