Re: Rating lists [CC-History].
Here's a random thought.
How about a graphic plot with year-averaged Elo ratings?
One could include the present top 10 engines evolution over the last years or so. The 10th engine could be e.g. "other" and represent the best left-over engine.
Obviously, this would need to be done for same, or similar, hardware and time control conditions. But if it's done in html or so, the user could select those settings as a preference.
Sorry if this is spam

I'd like to see top 3 (or top 5) commercial programs, 2 times by year since 1990.

Re: Rating lists [CC-History]
I'm in the process to rename the engines in RWBC and LeFouNumerique file to make them compatible with the Grand Unified List.
It takes time because it's boring ...
Here are the current 2 files :
http://home.scarlet.be/vincentlejeune/c ... o-RWBC.txt
http://home.scarlet.be/vincentlejeune/c ... erique.txt
There are a lot of engines in LeFouNumerique with a "?" at the end of the name and don't know why ...

Ask testers ; I only use files from testers :pHenk wrote:Your unified list is not complete. For instance I don't see Skipper. chuckle.
