Kasparov guilty!

I don't know what Kasparov is guilty of, though. The only 2.1 rule I could find has to do with the board having 64 squares and which way it is oriented. I think this is more than him just playing a game with the board rotated a quarter turn or something.
Deasil is the right way to go.

Thank you. FIDE has an incredible number of rules 2.1.
