In your test condition, Stockfish dev is only +23 elo instead of ~29. Interesting, because there was an official test showing 3 min time control giving +17 elo instead of 20.
And no we see 23 elo instead of 29. Seem increasing time control to 3 minutes decrease a little the elo gain observed at 1 minute by something around 20%.
Houdini 6 might be out soon. I m sure you re gonna test it then.

Also, in your long thinking time control, I can see Stockfish dev barely beat Komodo by 52% It is a close fight.
It's gonna be really exciting to see what's will happen in TCEC !
