Andscacs, test version

Hello. I have done various changes. Some days before having to send a new version for the new TCEC I publish it for if someone wants to use it. I think that is absolutely stable, but maybe something wrong is detected.

Most notorious changes are related to threading. Specially now it uses events as recommended instead of the ugly sleep stuff.
Also I have done a few improvements. Should be a few elo stronger.
